This is my new Logo and Concept that I decided to share within the network of  entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.

Why? Because the strategy of Agile Technology Demonstrator starts to be known and several multinationals (some of them being among the pioneers of this strategy and friends – Valeo, Latecoere…) are already integrating this new approach that I called Demo-Tech Thinking.

Agile ! This adjective is already existing and in the economic context it represents the capacity to react well and quickly in the right direction targeting the success.

In the context today of the construction of a strong Europe of Innovation, of AI breakthrough, of Disruptive innovation and especially in the transitions integrating a new mentality of agile innovators resumed in the Villani report “AI for Humanity” by “experimental sandboxes”, the time has come to create also the verb in this context of innovation for growth: “to agilise”!

This new verb is in fact exactly what I wish to do and share: make agile the process of innovation much further than just the needed cultural change… as resumed by MIT Sloan : “fail fast, fail cheap, try again”.

Agilising the process of innovation encourages to innovate more, faster, more frequently (on “mangrove” like innovation trajectories not only based on « One-shot innovation project »), together with more innovation actors in order to create more shared value.

 

Agiliser l’Innovation

Ceci est mon nouveau Logo et Label. Pourquoi ? On commence à parler partout de Démonstrateur Technologique Agile et les grands industriels, pour certains des pionniers et amis, pratiquent déjà cette approche que j’ai appelé Démo-Tech Thinking (Valeo, Latecoere..).

Agile ! Cet adjectif existe déjà et dans le milieu économique il caractérise la capacité de bien réagir avec vitesse et dans la bonne direction afin d’obtenir un succès.

A l’heure de la construction de l’Europe de l’Innovation, à l’heure de l’IA, de l’innovation disruptive et surtout de la nouvelle mentalité voulue pour les innovateurs résumée dans le rapport Villani « IA pour l’Humanité » sous la métaphore « bacs à sable », il est donc venu le temps de créer aussi le verbe Agiliser.

Ceci, parce que c`est précisément ce que je souhaite à réaliser et faire partager : rendre agile les processus d’innovation au-delà même du changement culturel… résumé par MIT Sloan : « fail fast, fail cheap, try again ».

Agiliser les processus d’innovation c’est aussi encourager à innover plus, plus vite, plus fréquemment (sur des trajectoires d’innovation de type « mangrove » non pas seulement « One-shot project ») en impliquant plus d’acteurs divers, pour créer ensemble plus de valeur partagée avec plusieurs parties prenantes.

Experienced in multi sector Industries, having been successful Scientist and R&D Coordinator myself, I chose to dedicate my professional life in helping other researchers to make come true their technological dreams by embracing a career in Innovation to support them in bridging the gap between new Technologies and Market. Scientists being more “Knowledge oriented”, one of my constant struggles was to complete the Entrepreneurial team with the right Entrepreneur on board… or reveal the “Entrepreneur” in them. Based on my multidisciplinary engineering background, evolving constantly in a multicultural environment, I upgraded my knowledge with innovation economics at MIT Sloan (in this particular positive tension environment) and started to learn operationally hands-on through successes and failures. Thus, I have seen, understood and qualified more than 200 projects of Innovation and Entrepreneurial ventures based on Advanced Technologies. More than 70ty of them become successful Technology Transfer agreements under my coordination and through amazing “champions” teams’ efforts I always built and sustained. All through my career I had the chance to be actively involved in Shaping Ecosystems and work with all the actors on their strategies of Innovation and Growth while launching R&D consortia, launching Agile Tech-Demonstrators or supporting Business Development for Competitiveness Clusters, Large Corporations, Start-Ups and R&D Laboratories. Shaping Ecosystems and Clustering Technologies around Business Cases carried-out by right Entre(Intra)preneurial teams is thus now a Belief. I also had the chance to understand that although important, the Human aspects are not enough to bring ideas to life through successful applications on the targeted market… Process, practices, tools are extremely important too and thus I developed new tools like, Asymmetries Compensation within Collaborative Innovation process, Demand Readiness Level vs Technology Readiness Level, Risk & Benefits Sharing Co-Development Contracts… this brought me to become an Expert in Challenging Business Models, in Selecting and Qualifying Innovation Projects and Ventures and… have the honor to become an European Innovation Council Jury Pilot Member. Myself as Multidisciplinary Scientist, Entrepreneur, Investor, Lecturer, Speaker & Innovation Advocate, I will be honored to meet passionate and hard worker entrepreneurs serving their dreams and the future of the humanity.
